Bialetti Moka Express- Espresso/Coffee Maker...? - bialetti size finder
I recently bought a Bialetti (little man) is not stove coffee maker instructions say to use ground too fine, but it is clear that the box says: "The espresso machine, and if I am correct, espresso coffee is finely ground.
I have (a larger version probably enough) for 2 cups of coffee, and I was there primarily for coffee, but sometimes I have a coffee or latte .. I make espresso with the size of the Bialetti Moka Express and I follow the instructions exactly and do not use ground a "too fine?

The Bialetti will make a good espresso. The coffee is finely ground, but not in the form of dust or powder. If you go to a cafe to ask them to grind to a stove or Lavazza I recommend pre-ground beans makes a good espresso grind.
I think the reason they do not say to use is finely ground, that the water pressure is not strong enough to drop in for a coffee.
