Ho do i treat a heel fissure? - ho to treat folliculitis

I have a crack in the heel of the other side of my foot. is difficult and very painful. How did you manage?

You need to remove the skin dry and rough in the vicinity of the crack on. Enjoy wash your feet in warm water for about ten minutes and with soap. The skin is soft and can be easily removed.
